a few ice cubes
Coconut water to cover

Banana Oat CBD Smoothie:

1 banana, peeled
1 tsp honey
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tblsp almond butter
1/4 tsp powdered ginger, or a chunk fresh peeled ginger
1 serving protein powder
a few ice cubes
Oatmilk to to cover
30 ml CBD tincture (or more as needed)

Blueberry-Orange CBD Smoothie:

1/4 cup blueberries
1 orange, peeled
1 tsp honey
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tblsp almond butter
1 Serving protein powder
A few ice cubes
Almond milk to cover
30 ml CBD tincture (or more as needed)

Fill your Magic Bullet (or blender) with the fruits, veggies, nut butter and oil and honey, add a few ice cubes and then cover with liquid.
Blend, pour into a glass and then add your CBD tincture, stir gently and enjoy!
